Currently Executive Associate Dean for Global Programs in School of Management, and Director for Center of International Business Studies, New York Institute of Technology. Also served as the independent director in the Board of Directors for Professional Diversity Network (NASDAQ symbol: ipdn), Executive Advisor to CEO of HGC, and has been advisor and consultants for several major institutions including the World Bank, UNDP, China Grand Enterprises, William Nicholas Bodouva+Associates, and so on.
Created a hugely successful MBA Executive Program by placing an emphasis on experiential learning, with support by major companies such as Air China, Taiping Insurance Group, Bank of China, Greenland U.S.A., China Daily U.S.A., Wanda Group and so on. And the MBA cooperative program with Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics is among the first batch of cooperative programs approved by China’s Ministry of Education.
Published broadly in the areas of business strategy, marketing and international economics, and his dissertation on foreign direct investment was the winner of Farmer’s best dissertation award by Academy of International Business in 1995.
